HANOI CITY TOUR (B, L)
Begin the morning with a
visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to hear about the man who led Vietnam’s campaign for independence from French colonial rule. After dedicating his life to the liberation of his country from foreign rule,
Ho Chi Minh died in 1969 and his body was preserved for posterity. Continue to the
Quan Thanh Temple which is dedicated to the Gods to protect the north of the city and afterwards visit another 11th century relic, the Temple of Literature, which was built in homage to the Chinese scholar Confucius. Stop at the
University of Vietnam built in 1076 and then the Hoa Lo (Hanoi Hilton) prison. After lunch
visit the Ethnology Museum which focuses on the 54 officially recognised ethnic groups in Vietnam. This is also the
biggest and the most interesting museum in Vietnam. Enjoy a
cycle ride afterwards
through the busting Old Quarter, visit the Lake of the Returned Sword and Ngoc Son Temple at the late evening of the day Overnight:

After breakfast leave Hanoi for an overnight boat trip in Halong Bay. Your journey takes you through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta, where you can observe the everyday life of Vietnamese villagers along the way. Upon arrival in Halong Bay, board your ship and enjoy your lunch whilst cruising along the bay’s iconic limestone formations. Towards the end of the day set anchor for the night. As the sun sets over the bay, dinner is served on board with fresh seafood, salads, and fruits.

For early risers, complimentary tea and coffee are served on the sundeck followed by a Tai Chi class.
Enjoy an nice brunch on board while cruising back to the shore. Upon disembarkation, your guide brings you to the airport for your flight to Hue.

HUE CITY TOUR (B, L)
Take a morning boat cruise on the peaceful Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and then take a car to the poetic mausoleum of the Emperor Khai Dinh. In the afternoon, proceed to visit the Imperial Citadel and the Dong Ba Market. The spectacular Citadel houses a series of palaces, ornate halls, libraries, residences and colleges.

HUE - HOI AN TOUR (B, L)
Today, drive along the coast and via mountain passes to Hoi An with a stop on route at the photogenic village of Lang Co Beach. Visit the Cham Museum in Da Nang which houses the world’s finest collection of Cham artworks before proceeding to Hoi An. Visit also the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the vibrant riverside market. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the town on your own.

Depart Hoi An for Danang to catch your flight to Nha Trang. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and the rest of the day is at your leisure to explore this beach city.

NHA TRANG ISLAND TOUR (B, L)
During the morning, you visit the Institute of Oceanography, founded in 1922; this institute has contributed significantly to the exploitation and conservation of the East Sea. Its collection of about 20.000 specimens and living creatures is the biggest one in the South East Asia. After that, depart to Cau Da port to take a speedboat to Tam Islands where can enjoy lunch with Vietnamese cuisine food and a variety of grilled seafood at an ocean view Restaurant. Use the afternoon for your own exploration, before heading back to your hotel.

SAIGON: MEKONG DELTA (B, L)
Today, you will enjoy the great Mekong Delta. Drive south and start your bicycle Tour from Tan Thach. You journey goes through Quoi Son coconut garden, Phu An Hoa rice field and Tu Dien village to Ben Tre Town. Also a visit at brickworks is included in the tour. After reaching Ben Tre, leave the bike behind and board a boat. Slip through the zigzag canal in order to visit the local coconut processing workshop. The boat will then stop at a quiet village where you can have a bike to experience real Delta village life, and a mat weaving house, where straw mats are woven using a hand loom – you can even have a go at weaving yourself! Before you hop back on the bike, enjoy your local lunch and then take your tour through the forest to Mr Khanh’s house. He is a passionate antiques collector and his house is jam packed full of fascinating artefacts from Vietnam and elsewhere in Asia. He also has some fascinating family albums dating back to French colonial times.

Spend your morning at the Cu Chi Tunnels. A short introduction video shows you how the tunnels were constructed, before you explore them. The Maze of tunnels includes innumerable trap doors, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centres and kitchens. Back in Saigon, enjoy your lunch. The afternoon tour shows you the real Saigon through the eyes of a local. Visit the bustling Cholon market, a hidden Chinese pagoda, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office.
