Day 1 - Nairobi

NAIROBI ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at JKI Airport, you will be welcomed and escorted by your guide to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.
Overnight: Nairobi

Day 2 - Amboseli

NAIROBI – AMBOSELI (B, L, D)
Start your day with a short briefing for the following days. Check out from your hotel and depart for Amboseli National Park. The drive takes you through the Nairobi – Mombasa highway, which is a major connection between Mombasa and all parts of the Greater East Africa. Arrival at the lodge in time for lunch and leisure. An afternoon game drive will be arranged as you search for wildlife in the dusty plains and some swampy grounds are found where hippos are found lazing around.

Day 3 - Amboseli

AMBOSELI: Game Drives (B, L, D)
Amboseli is on the lee ward side of Mt Kilimanjaro and is home to the largest herds of elephants. It’s regarded as a photographers` paradise with the amazing back drop of Mt Kilimanjaro. Use the morning for a Game Drive in search of wildlife. After lunch at the lodge, enjoy some free time or a dip in the pool with magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Continue then in the afternoon with another Game Driver and visit the Observation Hill.

Day 4 - Tsavo West

AMBOSELI – TSAVO WEST (B, L, D)
On your way to Tsavo West National Park, visit a Maasai Village where you learn more about their traditions and livelihood. In the afternoon, experience a Game Drive, before enjoying some relaxing time at your lodge.

Day 5 - Tsavo West

TSAVO WEST: LAKE CHALA  (B, L, D)
Formed by explosive eruptions thousands of years ago, this stunning crater-lake is fed by underground streams from Kilimanjaro. During the World War 1, the allied forces marched around the northern edge to battle it out with the Kaiser’s force. It’s 4.5 square kilometres and 94 metres deep with the invisible line separating Kenya and Tanzania and you can enjoy a swim in it at your own risk for even though the locals say that Grogan’s crocodiles have all been killed, there might be one just lurking about. Picnic lunch will be served. Depart for the lodge and enjoy a game drive in search of wildlife.

Day 6 - Tsavo East

TSAVO WEST – TSAVO EAST (B, L, D)
Tsavo West has under gone major transformation due to volcanic activities and it can be witnessed while driving through the Shetani Lava Flow. Natural attractions such as the Mzima Springs,  Roaring Rocks, Ngulia Mountain and the five sister hills. Tsavo East is a splendour with it’s vast size and is known to be an important habitat for wildlife adapted to dry areas. The areas are divided by The Nairobi – Mombasa highway and it is the biggest National Park in Kenya. After your lunch at your lodge, experience another game drive in search for wildlife as you explore this dry area that still remains a magical place.
Overnight: Tsavo East

Day 7 - Nairobi

TSAVO EAST – NAIROBI DEPARTURE (B)
A scenic drive can be enjoyed and on arrival in Nairobi, a transfer will be arranged to JKI Airport for your flight back home or onward flight.
