YANGON ARRIVAL AND SIGHTSEEING
Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, you are welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Once you are refreshed, take a sightseeing tour of some of Yangon’s highlights, including the National Museum, which is home for many interesting artefacts from Myanmar’s past. You visit the bustling Chinatown area in Yangon’s downtown before you have the chance to browse for Myanmar crafts at the Bogyoke Aung San Market. Then visit the Shwedagon Pagoda, the most important religious structure in Myanmar and a point of pilgrimage for Buddhists across the globe.

Bagan
YANGON – BAGAN SIGHTSEEING (B)
Your day begins with breakfast at the hotel before you fly north to Bagan, one of the most famous archaeological sites in Asia. Your Bagan Archaeological Tour takes in famous sites including Damayarzaka Pagoda, ShweGugyi and Thabyinnyu. Other highlights include the mural paintings at Gubyukggyi and Abeyadana Temple, which is fames for its mural paintings about Mahayana Buddhism. In the afternoon, your Bagan tour continues with a visit to the Shwezigone Pagoda, a prototype of later Myanmar stupas, the 13th century cave temple at Wetkyi-in- Gubyaukgyi, Ananda Pagoda, one of the most famous pagodas at the sight, and many other temples and pagodas dotted around the vast site. In the evening, enjoy the sunset from Shwesandaw Pagoda, which offers the best views across the plain.

Kanpetlet
BAGAN – KANPETLET (B)
Drive on scenic roads to Kanpetlet in southern Chin State. Arrive late in the afternoon at this beautiful, quiet mountainside town, meet the locals and take in the glorious scenery.

Mindat
KANPETLET – MOUNT VICTORIA – MINDAT (B)
Start your day with a 5-hour hike to the peak of Mount Victoria (and back). Along the way, you can observe many rare forms of flora and fauna. You also have a chance to see rare birds which are preserved and can be found only in Myanmar, both native and migratory birds, rare species of Myanmar Orchids, and many species of plants and butterflies. Then continue the scenic drive between deep valleys to the town of Mindat, set on a spectacular mountain ridge.

MINDAT: KYAR TONG VILLAGE (B)
Drive to Kyar Tong Village in the morning for an hour hike to the village. When you reach it, you can see a unique traditional Chin graveyard; visit a famous local hunter, where he has proudly mounted all of his hunting trophies in his home. Also meet the local women with their full-face tattoos and witness their traditional way of life. Then return to Mindat.

After breakfast, morning drive back to Bagan. Lunch at saw and arrive Bagan in the evening.

Inle
NYAUNG U - HEHO - INLE LAKE (B)
During the morning, you fly to Heho, the gateway to the Inle Lae. Upon arrival, take sightseeing tour on a long-tailed boat and visit the silk weaving and lotus industry at Inn paw Khone Village, before you stop in Nanpan to witness the work at a Cheroot (Myanmar Cigars) factory. Continue to see the Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda and, if you have time, stop at Leshae Village to witness the making of a Buddha image through the use of dried flour powder.

Loikaw
INLE - PHEKHONE - LOIKAW TRANSFER (B)
In the morning, take the scenic and off-the-beaten track trip south to Phekhone by boat. The final one and half hour stretch to Loikaw is done by car. Arrive in the late afternoon in the sleepy capital of scenic Kayah State.

CBT PROGRAM (PAN PET) (B, L)
Travel to Pemsong hamlet, to enjoy a moderately challenging trek through lush, shady forest. After a short climb, you are rewarded with a great view. On route, your local guide shows you various edible plants and herbal medicines which are used by community members in their ‘jungle larder.’ A highlight of the trip is the original settlement of Pan Pet, perched on a mountain top, where evidence of past habitation is visible. This is considered one of the first Kayan settlements of Kayah state. Also enjoy a pack lunch or jungle picnic during your hike. The trek ends in Rang Ku hamlet, where you can meet the famous Kayan people (popularly known as Long Neck Karen), who are a symbol of the Kayah state. Enjoy learning a few words of Kayan language and interacting with these fun-loving and artistic people.

Yangon
LOIKAW – YANGON (B)
Transfer to the airport in the morning for your flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and visit afterwards the riverside Botahtaung Pagoda, this contains many fascinating relics. Also stop at the beautiful Kandawgyi Lake to enjoy the great views. Then pay a visit to downtown Yangon to see the highest collection of British colonial era buildings in Southeast Asia. Of particular interest is the boulevard-like Pansodan Street which is known for its buildings and street-side bookstalls.
