Leave Bagan in the morning and drive to Ma Gyi Kan Village (Tamarind Lake Village Homes), which is located in Salay Town, Chauk Township. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the community and you are accommodate by the authentic local houses of the villagers. Stroll around the village and enjoy the agricultural sceneries, local traditional activities, learn the culture of the people of the village and if you want, you can go trekking to nearby villages. Also enjoying the delicious traditional meals and local product foods. You will surely discover the peaceful world and get the unforgettable memories.
